which is then integrated into the budget. These calculations are developed using Quantity
Take-Off (QTO) formats, simplifying them to just
three types:
- General Quantity Take-Off
- Reinforcing Steel Quantity Take-Off
- Steel Structure Quantity Take-Off
Base Budgets
We use the British SMM7 (Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works) system as our basis. This method allows us to achieve high reliability in the budget value, with error margins generally limited to ±3%.
Project Flow and Scheduling
We create a document outlining the financial schedule and flow, applying advance payments on the required schedules, rather than the linear approach commonly used in cost accounting software like Opus or Neodata.
Preparation of Bidding Documents

We prepare bidding catalogs in Excel, based on your budget, using formulas that ensure consistent bids and prevent varying interpretations of the project. We also include specific clauses for each type of subcontract to clearly define the scope and limitations of the work.

We manage your bidding process within the estimated timeframe, allocating the necessary time for each specialty.
Preparation of Bidding Documents for Private Works
We prepare your private works bidding documents according to the catalogs provided by your company.
– Pre-qualification of bidders proposed by the owner, QS suggestions, and limiting the number of participants for information management and efficiency.
– Delivery of base catalogs in Excel format with locked cells to prevent alteration of catalogs, specifications, requested brands, and request for necessary documentation.
– Judging of Bids
– Delivery of comments and winner suggestions.
Construction Monitoring and Monthly Progress Report
Monthly monitoring is conducted, and the report on your project is delivered 3 days after the closing of the period's estimates.

We ensure that the materials used in the projects are of the highest quality, with brands specified in the catalogs and contract, guaranteeing that different and/or similar brands that do not meet the client's requirements are not used.
