Since 2007

We are the cost engineering firm that cares about your projects.

The company QUANTIFY SURVEYOR S.C. was founded in 2007. For all these years, we have worked for well-known engineering and/or architectural firms, based on their recommendations in the construction industry. This motivated us to create the company and share our knowledge with new generations, striving to change the way cost engineering is viewed.

Cost engineers are often stereotyped as desk engineers. As the owner, since 1978 when I began as a resident engineer, my most representative projects include:

Linear battery silos, 8 and 10 meters in diameter and 30 meters long, at Union Carbide in Apodaca, Nuevo León, using a slipform construction system.
Silos in Trébol, 10.80 meters in diameter and 35 meters long (40 cm thick wall), at Minera Capela in Colima, Colima, using a slipform construction system.
Faro del Comercio (Lighthouse of Commerce) in the Macroplaza of Monterrey, Nuevo León, 72.02 meters high, 12.50 meters wide x 1.85 meters high.
Bancomer bank at Felix Cuevas and Insurgentes, with 48 teller windows, 2 drive-through banking, and an attached 2-level parking garage.
Civil works for the Minera La Negra processing plant in San Bernardo, Sonora (near Álamos)
